Collaborated with the Ministry’s internal development team to provide development services for the new National Certificate of Educational Achievement standards and resources for both the New Zealand Curriculum and Te Marautanga o Aotearoa.
Collaborated with the SilverStripe (the contracted agency), and the Ministry’s internal development team to deliver development services for He Kauwhata Reo — the Te Reo Māori Learning Hub, which provides resources to support the teaching and learning of the Te Reo Māori language.
Led full-stack development of a national support hub for Māori teachers, managing the product backlog and aligning delivery with user needs. Oversaw front-end engineering with React and Next.js, custom SilverStripe module development, and headless CMS/API integrations. Implemented CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and automated email workflows, while ensuring accessibility, performance, and compliance with Certification & Accreditation standards.
